Q:What Time will the Maid be at my home?
A:Our normal work days are Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. We will make every effort to meet your needs, but a specific time is hard to set. You may request an a.m. or p.m. time slot. Please allow a 1 hour window of time to show up.
*Weekend scheduling is available for Commercial accounts & Post Construction Cleanings.
Q:Do I have to be present at my home during service?
A:Most of our customers are not. Keys may be left for entry and will be replaced in the same spot upon completion. Alarms should not be set on your assigned day. If you chose to have the alarm set, please provide us with the entry code. If you forget to leave a key a $25 dollar trip charge will apply.
Q: How long does it take to clean my home?
A: This will vary based on the size, condition and type of cleaning you are requesting for your home. Our prices are based on how long we expect your specific cleaning to take. If you are requesting a move in/out, deep or post construction clean, C & T Cleaning Service always prefers to view the job so we know what exactly the requirements and man power needed. Q: What type of cleaning solutions do the maids use?
A: For the health and safety of our clients and employee's, we use all natural green products at all times. Some exceptions apply in "Heavy Condition" homes and/or Post Construction Cleanings.
Q: What won't C & T Cleaning Services clean?
A: For health reasons, our teams will not clean blood, feces, vomit or urine (this includes both animals and/or humans).
Q: Can I “leave off” rooms that I do not want cleaned when I get my "regular service" price estimate.
A: You must enter all of your bedrooms when getting a price estimate. Unfortunately, larger homes such as a 5-bedroom home require more time for cleaning. Even if our maids “skip” a couple of bedrooms, these homes are simply bigger everywhere.
*Homes over 5,000 sq ft will need to be evaluated.
Q:Do you have an hourly rate if I need various task done?
A: Yes, C & T Cleaning Services will work off of your cleaning list at our hourly rate.
($75 an hour with a 1.5-hour minimum or a team of two).
Q: What are your house cleaning rates?
A: Fees are based on the size, condition, and specifications for the cleaning of your home. We are happy to discuss your needs by phone, in person or using our on-line
